The court of appeals reversed Christopher Ansons (Ansons) judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child and an order of the Walworth County Circuit Court, James L. Carlson, Judge, affirming that conviction and remanded for a new trial. Id., 1. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the court of appeals decision, which remanded the case for a new trial.
